- Standard Extended Warranty: Extends the manufacturer’s warranty for an additional 1-5 years.
- Comprehensive Extended Warranty: Covers accidental damage, power surges, and defects beyond normal wear and tear.

3. Eligibility and Activation
To qualify for the extended warranty, you must:
- Purchase the extended warranty within 30 days of your original product purchase.
- Provide proof of purchase (receipt or invoice).
- Register your product and warranty online at TOSOTLife.com.
4. Cost of Extended Warranty
The cost of an extended warranty varies depending on the product category and warranty duration. Pricing typically starts at 10% of the purchase price per year, with custom pricing available for bulk or business purchases.
5. What’s Covered?
Depending on the plan you choose, coverage may include:
- Manufacturer defects and malfunctions
- Mechanical or electrical failures
- Accidental damage (Comprehensive & Premium Plans)
- Free replacement of defective components
- Priority repair service (Premium Plan)
6. What’s Not Covered?
The extended warranty does not cover:
- Cosmetic damage (scratches, dents, etc.)
- Damage caused by misuse, negligence, or unauthorized repairs
- Lost or stolen products
- Consumable parts (batteries, cables, filters, etc.) unless covered under the Premium Plan
7. How to File a Warranty Claim

8. Refund & Transfer Policy
